Position Summary :

We are looking for a reliable and organized Receptionist to join our front desk team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming clients, managing appointments, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities :

Greet clients and assist with inquiries in a professional manner.

Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and updates.

Answer phone calls and respond to client messages and emails.

Maintain accurate records of appointments and transactions.

Process client payments and ensure accurate documentation.

Keep the reception area organized and presentable.

Support other staff members with administrative and client service tasks.

Requirements :

Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service, front desk, or administrative role (experience in a clinic, salon, or spa is an advantage).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Basic computer skills (Google Sheets, email, or booking systems).

Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work Monday to Friday, 10 : 00 AM 7 : 00 PM.

Must be able to commute easily to Victoria Island.
