Key Responsibilities

Site Management

  • Supervise daily construction activities to ensure alignment with project plans.
  • Monitor and enforce project timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and architects.

Team Supervision

  • Assign tasks and monitor the performance of site workers.
  • Provide guidance and support to ensure productivity.
  • Address and resolve conflicts or issues among team members.
  • Quality Assurance

  • Inspect work to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
  • Identify and address any deviations or issues promptly.
  • Review and approve materials, tools, and equipment used on-site.
  • Health & Safety Compliance

  • Enforce health and safety regulations on-site.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and drills.
  • Report and address incidents or hazards immediately.
  • Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including progress reports, labor, and material usage.
  • Submit timely updates to the Project Manager or stakeholders.
  • Requirements

    Education & Certification

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Professional certification in construction supervision or safety (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH) is a plus.
  • Experience

  • 3+ years of experience as a site supervisor or similar role.
  • Proven track record of successful construction project management.
  • Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Knowledge

  • Familiarity with construction software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
  • Ability to use basic surveying equipment and tools.
