Reports to : General Manager Role Summary : Provide professional secretarial support and handle communications. Job Description : The Secretary provides administrative and clerical support to senior management, ensuring efficient office operations and professional communication at Adekunle Ajayi and Company. Key Duties : Manage executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements. Draft and edit correspondence, memos, and reports. Handle confidential documents and maintain accurate records. Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes. Answer and screen phone calls, redirecting as necessary. Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital. Assist with special projects and office events as needed. Qualifications : HND or Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of secretarial or administrative experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment. Excellent time management and discretion with sensitive information. Proximity to Shiun / Abeokuta / Sagamu would be an added advantage
