Reports to : General Manager Role Summary : Provide professional secretarial support and handle communications. Job Description : The Secretary provides administrative and clerical support to senior management, ensuring efficient office operations and professional communication at Adekunle Ajayi and Company. Key Duties :  Manage executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.  Draft and edit correspondence, memos, and reports.  Handle confidential documents and maintain accurate records.  Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.  Answer and screen phone calls, redirecting as necessary.  Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital.  Assist with special projects and office events as needed. Qualifications : HND or Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of secretarial or administrative experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment. Excellent time management and discretion with sensitive information. Proximity to Shiun / Abeokuta / Sagamu would be an added advantage
