General Responsibilities
Food Preparation and Cooking :
Plan, prepare, and cook meals according to recipes and customer preferences.Ensure consistency in quality, taste, and presentation.Menu Development :
Design and update menus based on seasonal ingredients, customer demand, and cost analysis.Create special dishes or themed menus for events.Kitchen Management :
Oversee daily kitchen operations.Assign tasks to kitchen staff and supervise their work.Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.Inventory and Supplies :
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies.Order ingredients and equipment while minimizing wasteSkills and Qualifications
Must be able to prepare intercontinental DishesTechnical Skills : Knowledge of cooking techniques, knife skills, and kitchen equipment.Creativity : Ability to innovate with recipes and presentation.Leadership : Strong management skills to lead and motivate the kitchen team.Time Management : Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
