Remote Graphic Design Intern

This internship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in creating compelling visual content specifically for the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of design principles and proficiency in industry-standard software. This is a 3-month internship with the possibility of transitioning into a full-time Graphic Designer role based on performance and company needs.Responsibilities :

• Assist in the creation of marketing materials for real estate properties, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, social media graphics, website banners, and presentations.
• Develop visually appealing layouts and designs that effectively communicate property features and benefits.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs within deadlines.
• Manage and organize design files effectively.
• Stay up-to-date with current design trends and software advancements, particularly within the real estate sector.
• Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
• Undertake other design-related tasks as assigned.Requirements :
• Proven proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, CorelDraw, and Adobe Illustrator.
• A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design skills, with a focus on real estate design (preferred).
• Excellent understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Must be based in Nigeria.Remuneration : ₦30,000 (Thirty Thousand Naira) per month.Opportunity for Full-Time Employment : Upon successful completion of the 3-month internship, there is a strong possibility of transitioning into a full-time Graphic Designer role based on performance and the company's needs at that time.
