Requirements

About the Role

Providing intuitive, polished table service with in-depth menu / wine pairing knowledge.

Ability to articulate fusion dish inspirations from the menu

Managing reservations via POS systems

Resolving guest requests promptly and maintaining impeccable dining ambiance

Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure authentic, timely dish presentation.

About You

You have a Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc. / B.A.) or Polytechnic (HND) graduate in any field

You have 1+ year in upscale restaurants / hotels (training provided for exceptional candidates).

You can discuss Nigerian / Asian culinary traditions.

You are fluent in English and any of Hausa, Yoruba or Igbo Languages. Fluency in any Asian language is advantageous.

You are charismatic, detail-oriented, and guest-obsessed.
