Our Client

Our client, a property development company, seeks to employ a Sales Associate.

Key Responsibilities :

• Engage potential clients through various channels, including phone, email, social media, and in-person interactions.
• Present and promote property listings to clients, emphasizing key features and benefits.
• Conduct property viewings and follow up with prospective clients to close sales.
• Assist clients through the purchase process, addressing their questions and concerns.
• Conduct research on local property market trends and competition.
• Generate and manage leads, including cold calling and networking.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials and campaigns to attract potential buyers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using the company’s CRM system.
• Prepare reports on sales activities, including weekly updates to the Sales Manager.
• Assist in coordinating sales events and open houses.
• Work closely with the Sales Manager and team to ensure targets are met.
• Provide feedback on client requirements and market trends to inform sales strategies.
