Job descriptionResponsible for meeting sales targets of the organization through effective planning and understanding of the market. Map potential customers and generate leads for the organization. Develop and establish the successful implementation of famous brands with existing and targeted new territories. Developing a pricing strategy that maximizes profits and market share but considers customer satisfaction. Identify and pursue business development opportunities to increase external and internal growth and profitability whilst working with relevant team members to drive them to the conclusion of the store. Understand critical metrics for assessing engagement (turnovers, promotions) and regularly reviews progress and action plans.
