Prefer experience in retail or online sales. Proven sales experience (preferably in event or flash sales). Event‑based incentives & commissions. Flexible schedule (event days only). Training on product promos and sales scripts. Competitive commission structure. Training on product portfolio & sales techniques.
Job Title : Sales Representative (Shopping Event)
Reports To : Event Owner
Location : Temporary
Key Responsibilities
- Engage shoppers in real-time during flash sales
- Deliver product knowledge fast, answer questions, and handle objections to boost conversion.
- Create urgency by highlighting limited‑time offers, bundles, and discounts.
- Process orders accurately, confirm details, and follow up.
- Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and promo execution.
