The human capital officer will provide a variety of personnel-related administrative duties. The candidate will provide information and clerical support to the HC department and employees regarding human resources activities, policies, processes, and procedures.

Responsibilities :
Assist with day-to-day operations of the human capital functions and dutiesProvide clerical and administrative support to Human Capital executivesCompile and update employee records.Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.)Coordinate human capital projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and take minutes.Attend to employee requests regarding human resources issues (leave requests, pay slips, etc.)Conduct initial orientation / onboarding to newly hired employees.Requirements :
Minimum academic qualification of Bsc / HND in Accounting or Financial Related FieldWriting ICAN / ACCA will be an added advantage.At least 1 year of accounting or relevant experienceThorough knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and proceduresExcellent accounting software / excel userStrong attention to detail and confidentialityRemuneration : NGN 100,000 - 150,000
