Transport passengers, executives, clients, or goods to designated locations in a timely manner

Plan optimal routes considering traffic conditions, weather, and time constraints

Maintain awareness of road conditions and adjust driving accordingly

Ensure passenger safety and comfort during transportation

Adhere to speed limits and defensive driving practices

Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections

Check fluid levels, tire pressure, lights, and other safety equipment

Report any mechanical issues, damages, or maintenance needs immediately

Keep vehicle clean, both interior and exterior

Maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs and records

Coordinate with maintenance department for scheduled services

Update GPS systems and navigation tools as needed

Maintain knowledge of local roads, traffic patterns, and alternate routes

Assist with vehicle registration and licensing renewals

Participate in safety meetings and training sessions

Support other departments with transportation needs as required

Respond appropriately to vehicle breakdowns and emergencies

Follow company emergency procedures and protocols
