About the Role
We're looking for a Personal Assistant to support the MD in daily operations.This person will be the right hand to the executive, managing calendars, coordinating tasks, and ensuring things don't slip through the cracks.Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize the MD's calendar, appointments, and travel plansHandle confidential information with utmost discretionAct as a liaison between the MD and internal teams, partners, and stakeholdersTrack key deliverables across departments and ensure timely executionDraft, edit, and manage official correspondence, reports, and presentationsPrepare briefing materials, agendas, and notes ahead of meetingsCoordinate and follow up on decisions made during leadership and strategy meetingsHelp plan and execute internal events, board meetings, and strategy sessionsAnticipate the MD's needs and proactively solve operational bottlenecksMaintain a clear system for tracking deadlines, goals, and follow-through tasksRequirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field3-4 years of experience in an administrative, personal assistant, or executive support roleStrong organisational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh emotional intelligence, discretion, and professionalismProficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office SuiteMust be willing to relocate to Abuja (accommodation provided)
