WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
Reporting to our Head of Growth Engineering, the Engineering Team Lead leads a dedicated squad of software engineers, and with support from QA (Quality Assurance) engineers, and UI / UX designers to deliver the team’s roadmap. This squad’s mission is to work on Hostelworld’s innovative website and deliver killer experiments and functionality directly to our customer base.

Team Leadership : You lead a team of engineers and are responsible for their careers,
helping them achieve their goals and progress through the Hostelworld engineering career
paths.
