Role Summary

We are seeking a detailoriented and datadriven Inventory & Logistics Analyst to supportinventory planning fulfillment logistics and quality assurance operations. This role is ideal forsomeone with strong analytical skills who can extract actionable insights from operational analyst will primarily focus on inventory and logistics reporting but also provide meaningfulsupport to the QA team in managing compliancerelated data and documentation.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Data Analysis & Reporting (40%)

• Analyze inventory trends sales velocity and forecasting accuracy
• Monitor stockouts overstock aging inventory and replenishment timing
• Reconcile inventory data across platforms (Amazon Shopify internal systems)
• Provide routine reports on inventory KPIs order accuracy fulfillment rate etc.
• Translate insights into improvement actions and recommendations

2. Inventory Management (25%)

3. Logistics Coordination (15%)

4. Quality Assurance (QA) Support (20%)
