Coordinating activities and ensuring that enough resources are on hand Supervising and controlling production processes, and ensuring that they run reliably and efficiently Negotiating costs with suppliers Hiring crew and contractors Approving bookings for resources, locations, equipment, and supplies Arranging permissions and risk assessments Being a great communicator and presenting creative work and direction . Managing a production office team Oversee and coordinate the production process to ensure that resources are available and that deadlines are met. Developing new standards and operating procedures Setting key performance indicators (KPIs)
