Solar inverter Repair Engineer

Key Responsibilities :

• Diagnose and repair faulty inverters and Lithium batteries
• Perform regular maintenance to ensure the normal operation of the inverter and batteries
• Provide technical support and consulting services related to inverters and Lithium batteries.
• Answer customers' questions about the use and maintenance of inverters / Lithium batteries.
• Assist customers in the installation and commissioning of inverters and Lithium batteries.
• Ensure that the inverter runs normally after installation.
• Train customers and internal teams on how to properly use and maintain inverters.
• details of repairs and Record maintenance and write technical reports.
• Summarize common problems and suggest improvements.
