Work Type : Work-from-Home (Field Visits; 1 Office Day per Month)

Compensation : Up to ₦450,000 Monthly (Part-Time; Per Collection + Transport Reimbursement)

Role Summary

We are seeking certified Phlebotomists and Nurses to join a growing field operations team, conducting professional home-based and corporate sample collections across Lagos Island and its environs.

Key Responsibilities

Perform safe and professional blood and biological sample collections from patients’ homes or workplaces.

Ensure proper labeling, documentation, storage, and secure transportation of samples.

Provide clear patient education before, during, and after each collection.

Maintain strict confidentiality and ethical standards during all procedures.

Accurately record and submit daily sample collection reports.

Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to schedule and manage field assignments efficiently.

Uphold professional appearance, courtesy, and adherence to company protocols at all times.

Requirements

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Nursing, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related healthcare discipline.

Valid practice license from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) or Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN) .

Minimum of 2 years of clinical or field experience in phlebotomy, nursing, or sample collection.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and patient-care skills .

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Must reside within or around Lekki, Victoria Island, or nearby areas for easy field deployment.
