Technology Lead

Location : Lekki, Lagos
We are hiring a competent Technology Lead to oversee and optimize all digital and IT systems within the organization. This onsite role requires a hands-on professional with strong expertise in Microsoft 365 administration, IT operations, and day-to-day technology support. The ideal candidate will ensure reliable system performance, provide high-quality user support, and enhance technology-driven efficiency across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and manage the full Microsoft 365 environment (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive, Azure AD).
- Manage user account provisioning, access controls, license allocation, and security policies.
- Implement, monitor, and maintain data backup and disaster recovery systems, ensuring secure and timely restore options.
- Provide technical support for systems, networks, hardware, software, and end-user devices.
- Perform regular system checks, updates, performance monitoring, and preventive maintenance.
- Lead technology improvement initiatives, system upgrades, and integration efforts.
- Develop and maintain IT documentation, including network diagrams, asset inventories, and process guides.
- Train and support users on digital tools, system features, and new functionalities.
- Monitor IT security compliance, detect vulnerabilities, and ensure adherence to cybersecurity standards.
- Support the CEO with technology insights, reporting, and continuous improvement advice.
Requirements
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration, including Azure AD, Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange Online.Solid understanding of data backup systems, disaster recovery, and storage solutions.Working knowledge of workflow automation and productivity tools (e.g., Power Automate).Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Ability to communicate clearly and support non-technical users effectively.Highly reliable, proactive, and able to work independently onsite.Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline (preferred).3–5 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or similar technical role.Professional certifications in Microsoft 365 or Azure (added advantage).
