Job Summary
We are looking for a well-experienced marketing executive with vast knowledge of marketing to help develop and implement marketing strategies in order to promote the company's products and increase awareness, and drive sales.This involves managing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and overseeing a marketing team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing marketing plans, managing budgets, and reporting on campaign performance.Responsibilities
This includes researching target audiences, analyzing market trends, and creating marketing plans that align with business goals.This involves overseeing all aspects of marketing campaigns, from planning and execution to tracking performance and making adjustments.Marketing managers are responsible for allocating resources effectively and ensuring that marketing activities stay within budget.They track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.In larger organizations, marketing managers may lead and supervise a team of marketing professionals, delegating tasks and providing guidance.Marketing managers work closely with sales, product development, and other teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.They must be aware of the latest marketing technologies, strategies, and best practices to keep the company competitive.This involves developing strategies to increase brand visibility and recognition among target audiences.Ultimately, marketing managers are responsible for generating leads and driving sales through effective marketing initiatives.Ensuring the website and social media channels are up-to-date, engaging, and effective in reaching target audiences.This involves gathering data on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities to inform marketing decisions.Education and Experience
A bachelor's degree or HND in marketing, business administration, or a related field is required.10 - 15 years of experience in marketing roles, with increasing levels of responsibility.Membership of a marketing professional body is an added advantage.Experience in developing marketing plans, and analyzing campaign performance.Experience in managing a marketing team is an added advantage.Skills Required :
