Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, management, and support to our Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Quality Validation teams, ensuring the implementation and maintenance of GMP compliant operations, and maintaining cGMP compliance in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Significant experience in a Quality Management Role with responsibilities for Quality Assurance, Control, and Validation within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong understanding of cGMP principles and regulatory requirements with proven experience in a cGMP environment.
  • Excellent communication, management, and leadership skills for managing the wider Quality Team.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
  • Responsible for managing chemistry and microbiology laboratory operations, driving continuous improvement, and upholding the integrity of our testing processes in a fast-paced, GMP-regulated environment.
  • Lead a dynamic team and ensure that all materials and products meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance.
  • Lead team performance, develop KPIs, and ensure compliance through quality controls.
  • Responsible for the final release of products, handling non-conforming products, and ensuring continuous improvement in manufacturing quality.
  • Supervising incoming quality inspection and in-process quality control.
  • Partnering with the Manufacturing teams to oversee operational Quality, GMP / Quality training, and ensuring timely completion of Quality actions (including CAPA).
  • Preparing and submitting quality reports to internal management.
  • Supporting and contributing to internal and external audits to ensure site-wide compliance.
  • Applying high standards of Occupational Health & Safety in the workplace.
  • Requirements

  • Education : Bachelor's Degree in a relevant scientific field, ideally Chemistry.
  • Experience : Minimum of 5 years in a pharmaceutical laboratory environment, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
