Job description

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing team. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in developing and executing visual concepts for a variety of projects, including branding, marketing materials, web design, and more. You will be responsible for leading design projects from concept to completion, ensuring that all deliverables are high-quality, visually appealing, and aligned with our brand and objectives.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead the development of creative concepts and designs for a wide range of projects, including branding, marketing campaigns, web design, and print materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and development, to ensure that designs effectively communicate the desired message and achieve project goals.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative team environment.
  • Present design concepts and effectively communicate design decisions to stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate them into your work as appropriate.
  • Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Oversee the production process, ensuring that designs are executed accurately and to the highest standards.
  • Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.

Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative expertise.
  • Extensive knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Strong conceptual and visual communication skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a quality environment.
  • Basic Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles preferred.

  • Experience with a large digital marketing agency.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and workflows
