Job Summary
- We seek to hire a Business Development Officer who will be responsible for driving the sales of gas equipment, developing marketing strategies, identifying potential clients, sales opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients to promote the use of CNG / LNG and its equipment.
- The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the CNG / LNG infrastructure and will play a crucial role in expanding the company’s presence in the growing alternative fuel market.
Job Responsibilities
Must have understanding of CNG & LNG and its equipment’s markets and a proven track record of establishing contacts and customersGrow our CNG / LNG and its equipment’s business by proactively identifying LNG / CNG opportunities and maintaining strong customer relationshipsIdentify areas of growth and develop and implement plans / actions to achieve that growthResponsible for understanding client’s needs and articulate opportunity benefitsMust be able to sell CNG equipment’s like mother station, daughter station, Pressure Metric Regulating System, skid etc.Identify and target potential clients, including commercial fleet operators, industrial clients, and transportation companies.Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential customers, showcasing the benefits of LNG, CNG.Negotiate and close contracts with new and existing clients.Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to refine marketing strategies.Attend industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote LNG, CNG products and services.Provide technical and business support to clients for seamless adoption of LNG, CNG and its equipment’s.Gather client feedback to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.Develop and deliver training sessions for clients on LNG, CNG infrastructure and operations.Assist in the preparation of bids / proposals and actively follow up on submitted tenders / proposals.Close new sales.Liaise between the company and key agencies in the industry such as NUPRC, NNPC (NUIMS, NEPL & Nipex), and NCDMB.Ensure full payment for all supplies and services.Demonstrate consistent business development success and target—driven achievements.Requirements
Minimum Requirement and Skills
A Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Chemistry is mandatoryA maximum of 5 years relevant marketing & sales experience in CNG & LNG industryMaximum of 35 years oldProficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suites (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).Good working knowledge of the Nigerian oil and gas industryExcellent verbal, and written communication and presentation skillsGood knowledge of upcoming and ongoing key projects in the oil and gas Sector.Proven sale contacts in CNG & LNG industryProven track record of winning businesses and meeting targets.Self-motivated with a strategic mindset.Proven experience working with minimum supervision.Charismatic, social, responsible, and passionate about the job.Benefits
