Job Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will support the daily operations of the HR department, ensuring smooth execution of people processes in line with company policies

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
  • Manage onboarding and exit processes, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary issues in line with company policy and labour law.
  • Maintain and regularly update the staff database for accuracy and compliance.
  • Support performance management activities including goal setting (Balanced Scorecard), appraisals, and feedback.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and employee welfare programs.
  • Support learning and development initiatives.
  • Provide advisory support to Line Managers on HR-related matters.
  • Requirements

  • A first degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any relevant field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in a similar HR role.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Good knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • HR professional certification (., CIPM, SHRM, PHRi) is an added advantage.
  • Must reside within or around Ikeja.
