As a Senior Manager - Accounts, you will play a critical role in managing the financial health of the organization. You will oversee accounting operations, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and provide strategic insights to drive financial efficiency and growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Accounting and Financial Reporting :
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations.
Compliance and Auditing :
Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and international accounting standards.Coordinate and manage internal and external audits.Budgeting and Cost Control :

Education : CA / CPA / ICWA or equivalent finance qualification.Experience : Minimum of 10 years in accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.Skills Required :
Strong knowledge of IFRS and Nigerian financial regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or Tally).
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
