- We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team and help us acquire and grow our customer base across all channels - B2B, agents, and other customer segments.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and convert potential customers across all VTpass segments : individuals, agents, resellers, and Enterprise clients.Generate and follow up on leads through outbound prospecting, events, referrals, and inbound channels.Deliver persuasive pitches, product demos, and pricing offers tailored to each segment.Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure retention, upselling, and cross-selling.Collaborate with the product, support, and marketing teams to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and meet or exceed sales targets monthly.What We're Looking For
2-4 years' experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or digital services.Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Confidence in client-facing conversations and objection handling.Strategic thinker with problem-solving instincts.Familiarity with CRMs, sales reporting tools, and sales funnels.Experience selling to fintechs or small businesses is a plus.
