Job Title : Customer Service Executive
Location : Area 11, Abuja
Salary : 237,500 Gross Monthly
Industry : Sports Betting / iGaming
Experience : 1–3 years
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, phone, email, and social media.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Assist users with account setup, deposits / withdrawals, and general betting-related queries.
- Escalate technical issues to the platform or IT team and follow up on resolutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform features, promotions, and betting rules.
- Record customer interactions and feedback for reporting and improvement purposes.
- Provide a seamless customer experience and ensure satisfaction at all touchpoints.
Requirements :
1–3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the betting or fintech space.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Good understanding of sports betting platforms, odds, and common user issues.Tech-savvy with basic troubleshooting abilities.Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.Calm, patient, and solution-oriented approach to customer engagement.Interested and qualified candidates should send their CVs to [email protected] using the Job title as the subject of the mail.
