Job Title :  Customer Service Executive

Location :  Area 11, Abuja

Salary :  237,500 Gross Monthly

Industry :  Sports Betting / iGaming

Experience :  1–3 years

Key Responsibilities :

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, phone, email, and social media.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Assist users with account setup, deposits / withdrawals, and general betting-related queries.
  • Escalate technical issues to the platform or IT team and follow up on resolutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform features, promotions, and betting rules.
  • Record customer interactions and feedback for reporting and improvement purposes.
  • Provide a seamless customer experience and ensure satisfaction at all touchpoints.

Requirements :

  • 1–3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the betting or fintech space.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of sports betting platforms, odds, and common user issues.
  • Tech-savvy with basic troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.
  • Calm, patient, and solution-oriented approach to customer engagement.
