Job Summary

• We are seeking a commercially driven Brand/Marketing Manager to lead brand growth, marketing campaigns, consumer engagement, and market expansion for a growing FMCG / consumer brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand and marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and sales.
• Manage integrated campaigns across digital, social media, PR, retail/trade marketing, outdoor, and activations.
• Drive trade marketing, retail visibility, product launches, promotions, and consumer engagement.
• Monitor consumer trends, competitors, market performance, and campaign ROI.
• Manage agencies, media partners, influencers, vendors, and other marketing partners.
• Work closely with Sales / Commercial teams to drive product demand and market growth.
• Manage marketing budgets and provide performance reports and recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 4–10 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, Consumer Marketing, or related roles.
• Mandatory: Proven professional experience working with the UK and / or European market.
• FMCG, Food & Beverage, Retail, or Consumer Goods experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of brand strategy, digital marketing, trade / retail marketing, consumer insights, and product launches.
• Strong commercial, communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
• Demonstrable ability to use marketing initiatives to drive sales and business growth.
