Job Summary: The CIG Motors Management Trainee Programme is a structured development initiative designed to identify and develop high-potential graduates into future business leaders. Trainees will rotate through key functions or be assigned to a specific business unit, gaining practical experience, developing core business competencies, and contributing to strategic and operational projects across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (minimum Second Class Upper) from a reputable Nigerian or foreign university.
- Completion of the NYSC programme.
- Not more than 26 years of age.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; internship or relevant work experience is an added advantage.
