Job Title: Sales & Marketing Engineer
Location: Remote, Nigeria
Work Type: Remote, Mondays to Fridays (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.)
Remunerations: 2000+ USD Monthly Net
We are looking for a sales and marketing engineer to drive territory expansion in Nigeria, focusing on building strong industrial and commercial client relationships. This role is ideal for technically skilled sales professionals with 3–5+ years of experience who are eager to grow in a fast-expanding IoT and automation environment. The candidate will work closely with regional leadership to accelerate market penetration.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute local sales strategies to expand our digital footprint in Nigeria
• Identify new business opportunities within industrial, commercial, and infrastructure
segments
• Conduct technical presentations, product demos, and requirement analysis
• Promote electrical automation solutions including sensors, meters, BMS/EMS, and
control systems
• Develop and manage channel partners where applicable
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and support negotiations
• Maintain CRM pipeline and structured follow-ups
• Achieve defined sales and revenue targets
Requirements
• Diploma / B.E. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field
• 3–5 years + of experience in technical sales within electrical or automation industry
• Hands-on exposure to generators, control panels, sensors, meters, BMS/EMS, or
automation systems
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities
• Target-driven and relationship-oriented
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator. Salesforce Administrator certification is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform functionalities, including sales cloud, service cloud, and marketing cloud. Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and customization, including creating custom objects, fields, and workflows. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on user adoption and customer satisfaction. Experience with data management and data governance best practices. Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning development is a plus. Knowledge of integration tools like MuleSoft or Informatica is a plus.
