Key Responsibilities
* Drive business growth through effective and innovative sales strategies
* Prospect for new clients and develop a strong customer base
* Build, manage, and maintain long-term client relationships
* Provide tailored life insurance and financial protection solutions that meet clients’ needs
* Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups professionally
* Achieve and exceed assigned sales budgets.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
* Uphold company values, ethics, and regulatory standards at all times
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
* Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.)
(Must have finished NYSC)
* Strong passion for relationship building
* Good communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills
* Sales experience is an added advantage (but not compulsory)
* Self motivated target-driven, and result-oriented
* Willingness to learn and grow in a performance-based environment
