Job Summary


  • The Assistant Finance Manager role combines high-level financial oversight with hands-on primary execution responsibility for international finance, first hand management of banking relationships and expert foreign exchange management.
  • The role also provides routine and strategic support to the HOD for core accounting duties, project accounting, financial planning, tax and compliance.
  • The role has great responsibility in ensuring that the Finance Department solidifies the company’s financial integrity and operational efficiency across all business units and projects.

  • International Accounting (Core Responsibility)
  • Budgeting and Budget Administration Support
  • Banking Relationships & Financing
  • Treasury and Foreign Exchange Management
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable
  • Compliance, Tax and Audit
  • Financial Planning, Reporting, Controls and Systems.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Female
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience, with at least 1 in a full or sub-level managerial role
  • Professional certification (ICAN or ACCA) is mandatory
  • Experience in project-based, engineering, and/or industrial environment
  • Proven experience in International Finance and FX Management

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems (., Sage, QuickBooks, or similar)
  • Strong financial analysis and reporting skills
  • Deep understanding of project accounting and cost control
  • Knowledge of international finance and regulatory compliance
  • High integrity and attention to detail
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skill.
