About the Role :

  • We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Training Lead Digital Skills and Entrepreneurship to oversee the design, delivery, and evaluation of impactful training programs. This is a leadership role focused on empowering women entrepreneurs through capacity-building initiatives.
  • The ideal candidate is a skilled training professional with a passion for women's empowerment, experience in program development, and a knack for leading teams to achieve outstanding results.
  • Key Responsibilities :

    Program Leadership :

  • Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of training programs in digital skills, business management, finance, and entrepreneurship tailored to women entrepreneurs.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design culturally relevant and impactful training materials.
  • Team Coordination :

  • Supervise and mentor the Training & Development Team, ensuring high-quality program delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
  • Content Development :

  • Design and develop training curricula, guides, and resources to support the growth and success of women entrepreneurs.
  • Integrate innovative tools and e-learning platforms to expand access and engagement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement :

  • Build strong relationships with program participants, partner organizations, and external trainers to ensure programs meet community needs.
  • Partner with other organizations to enhance training offerings and extend program reach.
  • Monitoring & Evaluation :

  • Establish and implement evaluation frameworks to measure program success and impact.
  • Use feedback and data to continuously refine and improve training approaches.
  • Resource & Budget Management :

  • Manage training resources and ensure efficient use of budgets to maximize program impact.
  • Requirements : Education :

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Development Studies, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience :

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in training program management, adult education, or capacity-building initiatives.
  • Proven expertise in designing and delivering training programs in digital skills, entrepreneurship, and business-related topics.
  • Experience in working with nonprofits or social impact organizations is highly desirable.
  • Skills & Competencies :

  • Excellent leadership, team management, and organizational skills.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills with experience in adult learning methodologies.
  • Proficiency in digital tools, online learning platforms, and technology-driven training solutions.
  • Analytical mindset for measuring program impact and driving improvements.
