Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ATC Officer in Port Harcourt. The ATC Issuance Officer will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects and issuance of Authority to Collect (ATC) documents to drivers in accordance with established procedures. The officer is tasked with ensuring that only drivers who have been thoroughly verified are granted ATC, thereby allowing them access to the plant for loading purposes.
