OverviewTeKnowledge is looking for an Executive Assistant with the experience necessary to provide administrative support to senior directors, managing their agenda, and ensuring a professional “front-of-house” response to all inquiries from members and clients. The role will operate within the Business Enablement unit under the Company President.

Responsibilities- Managing Senior Director’s agendas
- Provide office support, and exercise administrative duties such as maintaining the calendar, scheduling appointments, planning and organizing meetings, onboarding agendas, conferences, and trips
- Performing other scheduling administrative functions
Qualifications- Education in administration or secretariat or similar experience along with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- At least 3 years of experience in a multinational environment in similar role working with Senior directors with different agendas
- High standards and professional discretion with strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks while managing the workload, and to effectively work within a diverse remote team
- Sound communication skills, both written and verbal, along with excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to facilitate schedule management in line with service need
- Organization and self-management skills to manage and lead a project accurately and effectively
- Used to work with deadlines
- Excellent English, both written and spoken, is essential
