Our Client
Our client, a high-end luxury company, seeks to employ a Warehouse & Fulfilment Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of high-value stock.
  • Implement stringent security protocols and CCTV monitoring for high-value items.
  • Oversee delivery schedules and inventory transfers between branches.
  • Manage the warehouse team (Ops Officers) and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and quarterly audits to ensure stock accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Optimize warehouse layout for maximum space utilization and workflow efficiency.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders and logistics partners for import shipments.
  • Maintain accurate records of all inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Investigate and report any incidents of loss, damage, or theft.


Requirements

  • B.Sc. or HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Transport Management.
  • Minimum 7 years in warehouse management, preferably with high-value or sensitive goods.
  • Industry Background: Luxury Retail Logistics, High-Security Logistics Firms, Pharmaceutical Distribution, or Banking Cash-in-Transit operations.
  • Inventory management systems (ERP/SAP).
  • Security and risk management protocols.
  • Logistics planning and route optimization.
  • Team leadership and delegation.
  • Problem-solving under pressure.
  • Knowledge of customs and excise regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse software.



Requirements
