Account/Admin Officer

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Accounting and Administrative roles
  
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and financial reporting
  
• Experience with bank reconciliation, payroll processing, and expense tracking
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills
  
• Must reside in Surulere or its environs (this is compulsory)
  
• Strong attention to detail and high level of integrity
  
• Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and reports
  
• Manage invoicing, payments, and expense documentation
  
• Prepare periodic financial summaries
  
• Oversee administrative operations and office coordination
  
• Liaise with vendors and service providers
  
• Support management with financial and operational tasks
