Job Description
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales teams.
- Managing objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales and watching & observing competitors’ status, enhance sales volumes and market shares.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence, develop and implement brand strategy.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Qualifications :
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required. Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies / Administration / Management; Sales & Marketing or similar fields.
Working experience in the marketing field and experience in the electric wires & cables sector is preferred.Excellent marketing knowledge and strategic thinking skills. Fluent written and spoken English. Average skill of Microsoft words & Excel application.Principal / Employer
