Civil Engineer

DUTIES

• Manage, supervise, and co-ordinate a 10-man team that specializes in civil work and finishing.
• Maintenance of high-rise buildings.
• Knowledgeable and experienced in various fields including aluco board, and façade.
• Installation of aluminum / glass, finishing of doors and windows partition.
• Monitor maintenance work and distribute tasks to subordinates accordingly.
• Contractor management such as contractor sourcing, pricing and tendering to completion.

Qualification / Requirement

Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degree in Civil Engineer with 5 – 6years relevant work experience

A Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or an associated field is an additional advantage

License as a Professional Engineer (PE) is often required.

Must have hands on experience in finishing buildings and construction

Relevant experience through internships or co-op programs.

Knowledge and proficiency in industry-specific software, like AutoCAD Civil 3D, and other computer-aided design software .

Strong skills in math, science, and engineering principles.

Good communication and team collaboration skills are essential for effectively managing diverse teams and working with clients and other professionals.
