Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Enterprise Sales Executive (Connectivity Consultant) to join our expanding team in Abuja. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving enterprise business growth by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and delivering innovative connectivity and ICT solutions tailored to client needs. This position requires a strategic, consultative sales professional with a strong technical understanding of enterprise connectivity solutions and a proven record of meeting sales targets within the telecom industry.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and acquire new enterprise clients across diverse industries.

Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through proactive pipeline development and client engagement.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

Conduct consultative sales meetings to assess client needs and recommend tailored connectivity solutions.

Deliver high-impact product presentations and solution demonstrations to key stakeholders.

Prepare detailed sales proposals, forecasts, and performance reports.

Manage end-to-end sales cycles — from lead generation to negotiation, closure, and onboarding.

Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market feedback to refine sales strategies.

Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements

Qualification

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

3–5 years of proven experience in enterprise / B2B sales, ideally within connectivity, ICT, or telecommunications.

Demonstrated success managing full sales cycles from prospecting to deal closure.

Strong technical knowledge of enterprise connectivity solutions (e.g., leased lines, fiber optics, VPNs, cloud services).

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with executive-level decision-makers.

Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Highly organized, self-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
