Value Analyst- AI & Digitization

Job Summary : The Value Analyst - AI & Digitization will play a critical role in identifying, analyzing, and driving value through the implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) and digital transformation initiatives across the Dangote Cement Plc. This position involves collaborating with various teams to assess existing processes, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and leverage technology to optimize operations and increase efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of current business processes to identify opportunities for AI and digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain a framework for measuring the value and impact of AI and digitization initiatives across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, expectations, and deliverables for AI and digitization projects.
• Analyze data and produce detailed reports to support decision-making for technology investments and resource allocation.
• Stay updated on industry trends in AI, automation, and digitization to recommend best practices for implementation.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on AI tools and digital processes.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Provide recommendations and insights for continuous improvement initiatives in light of digital transformation strategies.
