Data Analyst

Key Requirements

B.Sc. / HND in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or related field.

2-3 years of experience as a data analyst.

Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Microsoft Excel, Tableau).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical audiences.

Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean and analyze data to produce accurate, actionable insights to support managers.

Maintain / update databases and spreadsheets; assist in developing analytical tools (Excel / SQL / Power BI).

Create regular reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs; prepare presentation slides for review.

Support cross-functional teams by gathering data and communicating findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Identify trends and issues, recommend improvements, and assist in implementing solutions.

Assist in preparing meeting materials, including agendas, presentations, and reports, to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance data quality and integrity

Proactively solicit feedback to refine analytical approaches and optimize the relevance and effectiveness of insights.
