SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement the annual audit plan based on risk assessment and organizational goals.
• Lead and perform risk-based audits of various business processes, financial systems, and operational areas.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of internal auditors, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports highlighting key findings, risks, and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize audit software and data analytic tools to enhance audit efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualification

• Minimum of HND or BSc in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
• ACA, ACCA, CIMA will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5years and above of progressive experience in internal auditing, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

A Few Required Competencies:

• Problem Solving.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office.
• Data Analytics proficiency.
• Knowledge of ERP systems is advantageous.
