Role Overview
A leading pharmaceutical company in Nigeria is seeking dynamic and results-driven Medical Sales Representatives to join their sales team across ten locations, namely; Umuahia, Abakaliki, Yenagoa, Uyo, Lokoja, Ilorin, Oshogbo, Akure, Abeokuta, and Minna . This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals and distributors to promote our pharmaceutical products .
Key Responsibilities
Promote and detail company products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and medical institutions.
Conduct regular visits to healthcare facilities within the assigned territory.
Achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Provide product demonstrations and educate professionals on product benefits and usage.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and territory performance.
Attend training sessions and team meetings as required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Requirements
