Who we are looking for…
- You are an experienced marketing professional preferably in B2B, fintech, logistics, or platform businesses.
- You are skilled at explaining complex financial topics in simple, engaging terms for a merchant audience.
- You are a proven execution specialist with a strong understanding of merchant / partner marketing, product communications, and CRM / email strategy.
- You are comfortable with a core set of marketing and communication tools, including Notion, Canva, WhatsApp for Business, Mailchimp, and Google Sheets.
- You are highly adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment where you are ready to wear multiple hats and take real ownership.
- You have experience running community programs or local activations for partner networks.
Key Responsibilities
You will develop and manage marketing campaigns to activate and retain dealers / merchantsYou will coordinate onboarding communications and build engagement journeys post-sign-upYou will create content for merchant WhatsApp groups, email newsletters, flyers, SMS blasts, and in-app messagingYou will support product marketing efforts : new feature releases, platform changes, or financing updatesYou will collaborate with sales to drive promotional campaigns, regional activations, and dealer incentivesYou will build and maintain a central knowledge hub (Notion or similar) with up-to-date product and policy contentYou will assist with organizing and promoting merchant events, webinars, and community meetupsYou will collect feedback from dealers and customers to influence product and communication improvementsWhat Success looks like...
Achieving specific, measurable targets for dealer / merchant activation rate and maintaining a healthy, market-leading retention rate across the network.Successfully designing and executing communication journeys that result in high open rates and positive engagement metrics (e.g., clicks, group participation) across WhatsApp and email.Establishing a systematic process for collecting and summarizing merchant feedback that measurably influences or informs at least one significant product or communication improvement per quarter.To be considered for this role you should have...
