Key Responsibilities :
- Handle POS requests from BDs / VLs or Field support staff and manage processing time.
- Deploy POS terminals to merchants.
- Train merchants upon deploying the POS Terminal.
- Configure and test POS terminals.
- Provide daily terminal support at designated merchant locations.
- Identify prospective merchants in the field and report findings.
- Maintain records of support activities and support materials.
- Provide remote assistance / training to merchants.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements
HND / B.Sc in a relevant field of study.
1 - 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong relationship-building skills and emotional intelligence.
Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Capability to work with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in English.
