Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Supervise daily bakery and decorating operations.
- Ensure timely and high-quality order production and delivery.
- Monitor staff attendance, performance, and workflow efficiency.
- Manage inventory, minimise waste, and ensure accurate requisitions.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and food quality standards.
- Review daily reports and prepare weekly performance summaries.
- Support continuous improvement and staff training initiatives.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field.2+ years' experience in bakery, food production, or hospitality operations.Strong leadership, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and attention to detail.Familiarity with Zoho Books / CRM is an advantage.Work Hours : Monday to Saturday, 8 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM (or until operations are concluded), Sundays off; one additional off day per month (not during peak periods)
Leave : 2 weeks of annual paid leave (non-peak periods only)
Remuneration : NGN 300,000 Plus Incentives
