Under the general direction of management, the Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities to generate revenue, improve profitability, and help the business grow. You will develop marketing strategies and execution plans that drive awareness and adoption for the business. To excel in this role, you should be a proven hunter and have a compelling sales personality with the hunger to determine how market share goals can be attained. This individual should be someone who can think strategically assisting in the ability to drive sustainable financial growth through the boosting of sales and forging a strong relationship with customers.

Responsibilities:
- Develops accounts and maintains the momentum of opportunities through the pipeline.
- Increases the value of current customers while conducting market research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Execute business development/sales strategy designed with tangible goals, clear steps to those goals, and performance metrics (KPIs).
- Prepares and maintains proposals/contractual documentation and effectively presents plans to potential clients.
- Create and maintain tools to attract and close deals, including presentations, marketing collateral and content, proposals, and scripts.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Ensures accuracy, professionalism, and legal compliance with marketing and communication materials
- Preparing reports and other performance analysis documentation.
