Job Summary : Salesville Properties, a boutique real estate agency in Lagos, is seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to take on the role of Accountant and Human Resources Manager. This position requires an individual with a strong background in finance and human resources, capable of handling the company's financial operations and HR functions with efficiency and professionalism.Key Responsibilities : - Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries for management review.- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll.- Perform reconciliations of bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial records.- Collaborate with external auditors during audits and ensure proper documentation.- Oversee employee engagement processes.- Develop and implement HR policies that align with company objectives.- Manage employee relations, training, performance appraisals, and career development.- Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace safety regulations, and HR best practices.- Coordinate payroll, benefits, and leave management.Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.- A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and / or HR management, preferably within the real estate sector.- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and HR best practices.- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.
