Job descriptionPlan and coordinate product deliveries to various locations within Lagos. Develop and implement efficient delivery routes to optimize time, cost and other resources. Work closely with dispatch rides and delivery agents, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations. Monitor and track the status of deliveries, addressing any issues that arise promptly. Ensure all deliveries are completed within the scheduled timeframe and to the required standards. Maintain accurate records of delivery schedules, routes, and completed deliveries. Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on delivery status and address any concerns. HND / Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field. Proven experience in a logistics role within the e-commerce or related sector. In-depth knowledge of Lagos State geography and diverse areas. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work effectively with delivery agents and other team members. Proficiency in using logistics software and tools for planning and tracking deliveries. Problem-solving skills and the ability to address issues promptly and effectively.
