Job descriptionEnsure high-quality customer service and guest satisfaction. Implement strategies to enhance the guest experience, including personalized services. Monitor online reviews and guest feedback to drive continuous improvement. Supervise daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance. Work with the revenue management team to optimize room rates and occupancy. Monitor operational expenses and manage budgets effectively. Assist in cost control initiatives without compromising service quality. Ensure smooth check-in / check-out procedures and efficient room turnovers. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement for hotel supplies. Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Support sales and marketing efforts to boost bookings and revenue. Supervise and provide guidance to department heads and staff. Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 7-10 years in hotel operations, with managerial experience. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities. Knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and revenue management
